​I am a Mother of 3 beautiful children and have a passion for serving others! I have worked with many families throughout the PNW and have found that postpartum work is where my heart is!
As a postpartum doula, I am dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance to new parents during the fourth trimester. My mission is to nurture and empower families as they transition into parenthood. With a focus on holistic wellness, I offer evidence-based information, emotional support, and practical assistance to ensure a smooth and fulfilling postpartum experience free of fear and self doubt.

Postpartum Support
My postpartum doula services include personalized home visits where I provide hands-on support with newborn care, breastfeeding guidance, and nurturing the new mother. I prioritize creating a peaceful and restorative environment for the entire family during this crucial time.
Infant Care and Nutrition Counseling
In addition to postpartum support, I offer specialized infant care services and nutrition counseling to promote the health and well-being of both the baby and the mother. My goal is to assist in establishing healthy routines and practices that support the family's overall wellness.
Emotional Wellness
Emotional wellness is a key aspect of my support. I provide a nurturing and non-judgmental space for new parents to openly express their feelings, seek guidance, and build confidence in their parenting journey.
